Our Return & Refund Policy
Hey there! We’re a small team (okay, maybe just one or two humans and a very enthusiastic dog), handcrafting every button and sticker with lots of love. We want you to be truly happy with your order—so if something’s not quite right, let’s fix it together.
Oops! Something’s Wrong?
If your order shows up damaged, or we accidentally sent the wrong thing (it happens—we’re only human!), please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@stickymindz.shop. Snap a quick photo and include your order number, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund.
Not What You Expected?
Since each item is made in small batches (and often just for you!), we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like a change of heart. But if you’re unhappy, let us know—chances are we can find a solution.
Lost in the Mail?
If your package seems to have vanished into the postal void, get in touch after 21 days (domestic) or 45 days (international). We’ll do our best to track it down or send a replacement your way.
